How to Check Your Order Status  
1. Log In: Visit [My Account] and check "Order History"  
2. Email Lookup: Click "[Find My Order]" and enter:  
    Order number (e.g., TF12345)  
    Billing email address  

 Shipping Carriers  
 We ship via:  
 US: FedEx / UPS  
 International: DHL Express  
 Local (HK): SF Express  

Track directly with your carrier using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

→ Carrier systems may lag; wait 12 days before contacting us.  

❓ "Order shows delivered but I didn’t receive it"  
→ Check with neighbors/carrier first, then email [support@tideframes.com]() with:  
    Order   
    Shipping address  
    Carrier name + tracking   

❓ "Need to change delivery address?"  
→ Contact us within 2 hours of ordering at [support@tideframes.com].
