TideFrames provides:  
1. Digital display hardware products ("Products")

4. Mobile applications ("Mobile Apps")  
5. Subscription services ("Subscription Services")  

Collectively referred to as "Services."  

 2. Acceptance & Modifications  
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance.  

 3. Account Registration  
You must:  
 Provide accurate registration information  
 Maintain account security  
 Be at least 13 years old (or older if required by local law)  

 4. Intellectual Property  
All content, software, and trademarks are owned by TideFrames or licensors. You receive a limited, nonexclusive license for personal use only.  

 5. User Content  
You retain ownership of content you upload but grant TideFrames a worldwide license to use it for service operation and improvement.  

 6. Prohibited Conduct  
You may not:  
 Violate laws or thirdparty rights  
 Reverse engineer our Services  
 Introduce malware  
 Spam other users  
 Bypass security measures  

 7. ThirdParty Services  
We're not responsible for thirdparty services integrated with our platform. Use at your own risk.  

 8. Payments & Subscriptions  
 Fees are clearly displayed at checkout  
 We may change prices with 10 days' notice  
 Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled  

 9. Termination  
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may stop using our Services at any time.  

 10. Disclaimers  
SERVICES PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES.  

 11. Limitation of Liability  
OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.  

 12. Dispute Resolution  
Claims shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, CA, under JAMS rules. Class actions waived.
