TideFrames Return Policy
1. Returns for NonDefective Products
You may return undamaged, unused products within 15 calendar days of delivery for any reason, subject to the following conditions:
Item must be in original packaging with all accessories
Must include original proof of purchase
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our Hong Kong facility:

Recommended to use trackable/insured shipping (we're not responsible for lost returns)
2. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
Original shipping fees are nonrefundable
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
3. Exchanges
We currently offer returns only (no direct exchanges). Please place a new order for replacement items.
4. Damaged/Defective Products
For items damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival:
Contact us at support@tideframes.com within 7 days of delivery
We'll cover return shipping costs
Options: Full refund or free replacement
5. NonReturnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
Opened software/media
All return shipments must be labeled "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs fees
Any customs duties/taxes deducted from refunds
Original import fees cannot be refunded
7. How to Initiate a Return
1. Email returns@tideframes.com with:
Order number
Product SKU
Reason for return
Preferred return method (we'll provide shipping label options)
2. Wait for return authorization before shipping
Note: Unauthorized returns will be refused.
